⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service — Highly Recommend! Walking Platinum is not the everyday household business name, but surely one to remember. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company!  We booked transportation for six people with 12+ pieces of luggage in a Mercedes Sprinter van, with pickup at our home and transportation to the Seattle cruise port. From start to finish, everything was excellent. And, the price was in line with other companies. The Sprinter van was pristine, spacious, and extremely comfortable, and our driver, Howard, was fantastic. He was right on time, professional, courteous, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The coordination was seamless. What impressed us most was the return trip from the cruise port. Anyone who has picked someone up at the Seattle cruise terminal knows how complicated and confusing the pickup area can be. Howard handled it perfectly. His communication and coordination made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. He knew exactly how to navigate the situation and was there when we needed him. Having Howard as our driver both to and from the cruise made the entire experience feel dependable and personal. We never had to worry about our transportation, our luggage, or whether someone would show up on time. This is a smaller local business, and that makes the level of service even more impressive. They truly deserve a shout-out and our support. We hope they continue to grow and stay in business for a long time, because this is exactly the kind of reliable, professional, personalized service that deserves to be supported. From the reservation to the drop off the service was excellent. Our driver, Jason, was phenomenal. He assisted in figuring out the logistics to get my luggage on the next flight to Seattle. The car was a top of the line blacked out suburban. During our ride he was professional with just the right amount of humor. He had us all laughing. Pointed out some cool facts about the area too. Within 20 minutes after drop off, I booked them for all of our upcoming rides on this trip. They might be a bit more than an Uber, but knowing they'll arrive on time, with professionalism and care, is worth it! Thank you, Jason, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. Jason and his crew were awesome! No complaints whatsoever, only praise. They handled our family group of 16 - including babies with strollers - with absolute professionalism, compassion, and friendliness. Our group was from Texas and Florida, totally not used to Seattle traffic and the locals. Despite that, Jason & crew made us feel at home and welcomed us with their clean and comfortable Mercedes sprinter vans. Onboard wifi and water was a huge plus after a 6 hour cross-country flight.  Even after transporting us from the airport to the hotel, they waited for us to get checked in and offered additional complimentary ride services if we wanted/needed to go somewhere. This is all just to say we highly recommend Jason and the crew at Walking Platinum for your Seattle transportation needs!
